一、我国城市商业中心系统规划的传统静态模式 我国目前大多数城市的总体规划对商业中心系统规划都采用三级模式规划,即市中心、片区中心和居住区中心,这一方法的原理可追溯到19世纪末英国霍华德“花园城”
For planning of urban shopping centre system, the static model has been in use currently in China which is now failing short to meet present day needs in our urban development. The author uses dynamic model to study the shopping behavior of Nanjing residents in the use of the city's shopping centre system and pattern of development variation of the shopping centre system in order to search for effective methods for the development of shopping centre system.
