摘要
结合《中华医学图书情报杂志》编辑部的初审工作,阐述了科技期刊稿件初审的重要性及原则要求,提出了必须从稿件的政治性和原创性、科学性和先进性、特色性和适用性三方面对稿件进行初审。
The importance and principles of initial review of manuscripts for publication in scientific journals were elaborated according to the practical initial review in Editorial Department of Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science.It was pointed out that the political contents and originality,scientific and innovative views,characteristic style and practical value are the keys to the initial review of manuscripts.
