摘要
以 1 0 %SDS-PAGE法测试了 1 2个小麦杂交组合的 2 7粒 F1 种子 ,并对照测定了 2 0粒对应双亲种子 ,重点比较了其 HMW-GS(高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基 )的显带情况。结果表明 ,( 1 )父母本 HMW-GS基因在F1 籽粒中共显 ;( 2 )双亲至少有一条互异 HMW-GS带的组合 ,其 F1 是否为真杂种依此法可以鉴别 ;( 3 )父母本HMW-GS带型完全相同的组合 ,其 F1
F 1 seeds of 12 crosses made by ear to ear and 20 paired parental seeds were examined by 10% SDS PAGE for their HMW GS band pattern. The results showed that, ① All the Glu 1 genes co dominated in the F 1 seeds. ② True F 1 seeds could be confirmed only if both parents had at least one non overlapped HMW GS band, or the mother had fewer HMW GS bands than that of the father.
