摘要
省级核应急组织是我国核应急的中坚力量,提高省级核应急组织的响应能力,是我国强化核应急响应能力,达到及时、协调、高效要求的关键。文章介绍了2012年6月15日,辽宁省红沿河核电站首次装料场内、场外联合演习;7月5日,福建省宁德核电站首次核事故应急演习的总体情况,提出了进一步提升省级核应急演习质量的方法,以逐步提高核应急演习质量,提升省级核应急能力。
Provincial nuclear emergency organizations arc the backbone of China＇s nuclear emergency, improve the organization of provincial nuclear emergency response capacity, strengthen China＇s nuclear emergency response capability is the key to meet the timely ,coordinated, efficient requirements. The article describes the overall situation of first load fuel on-sit and off-sit joint exercise , which is held in Hongyan river nuclear power plant firstly on June 15, 2012 in Liaoning province and the first nuclear accident emergency exercise, named ＂Tailao 2012＂ on July 5, 2012 in Fujian province. Then put forward some ideas to further strengthen provincial nuclear emergency exercise quality, enhancing the ability of provincial nuclear emergency gradually.
