摘要
核酸疫苗是当今研究的前沿领域 ,与传统疫苗相比具有很多优点 ,被誉为第 3代疫苗革命。本文就核酸疫苗的作用机理、方法、医学上的研究进展及前景做一综述。
The nucleic acid vaccine is one of the forward position fields of the biology science researches.It has more virtues than the traditional vaccines.This review summarized the research development of the function principle, methods and the prospect of the nucleic acid vaccine.
