摘要
HG-4风洞是我校一座亚跨超声速风洞,自20世纪70年代建成后经几次大的改造,测试精度和控制精度及自动化程度不断提高。在这次测控系统改造设计中,HG-4风洞采用了目前应用较广的PXI总线平台。介绍了PXI总线在HG-4号风洞测控系统中的应用,以及PXI测控系统的组成、运行情况及关键技术分析。采用模糊PID控制器和抗干扰措施达到较好的风洞运行控制效果,提高了控制精度,缩短了调整时间,提高了风洞运行效率。
HG-4 wind tunnel is a sub transonic and supersonic wind tunnel in our university.It has experienced several major renovations since 1970s.The testing precision and control accuracy as well as the degree of automation have been continuously improved.PXI bus platform is used in the recent reformation and design of the control system in HG-4 wind tunnel.The application of PXI bus in the measurement and control system of HG- 4 wind tunnel is introduced,and the composition of PXI system,the operation conditions and the key technologies analysis are also introduced.In order to achieve better control effect of the operation and control of the wind tunnel,improve the control precision,shorten the adjustment time and improve the wind tunnel operation efficiency,the fuzzy PID controller and anti-interference measures are used in the system.
