摘要
根据NY/T967-2006的判定规则对2001-2012年黄淮南片通过国审的82个小麦品种的品质数据进行分析。结果表明,有20个属于优质小麦(特指强筋和弱筋品种),占比24.4%。其中,2个弱筋,18个强筋品种;6个为弱春性,14个为半冬性。这些小麦新品种的株高集中在70~87cm,变异系数为5.3%;有效穗在540~660万/hm2,变异系数为24.2%;穗粒数27.0~37.0粒,变异系数为8.1%;千粒重在30.0~44.8g,变异系数为8.3%;均产6 258~8235kg/hm2,变异系数为7.3%。18个强筋品种的平均容重为798g/L,变异系数为1.4%;蛋白质含量平均为14.8%,变异系数为4.0%;湿面筋含量平均为31.0%,变异系数为13.4%;沉降值平均为43.7mL,变异系数为22.3%;吸水率平均为57.8%,变异系数为14.4%;稳定时间平均为10.3min,变异系数为47.7%;最大抗延阻力平均为443.4E.U.,变异系数为29.6%;拉伸面积平均为106.9cm2,变异系数为55.6%。
According to the NY/T967-2006 rules, the quality traits data of the 82 wheat varieties adapt to the south area of the Huanghe and Huaihe rivers, which were approved by the National Crop Variety Approval Committee during 2001-2012, was analyzed. The results showed that there were twenty cultivars which accounted for more than 24.4% belonged to high quality wheat (especially strong gluten and weak gluten cultivar). Among these 20 cultivars, there were two weak gluten wheat cultivar and 18 strong gluten wheat cultivar; while there were 6 weak-spring cuhivars, 14 semi-winter cultivars. The production traits, such as plant height, effective spike, grain number per spike and the kilo-grain weight, concentrated in 70N87em, 5.4N6.6million per hect- are, 27.0~37.0 and 30.0-44.8g; while these traits' coefficient of variation were 5.3%, 24.2%, 8.1% and 8.3%. The production of these cultivars ranged from 6 258 to 8 235kg/hm2, while the coefficient of variation was 7.3%. Furthermore, the average of the 18 strong gluten eultivars' quality traits, such as the volume weight, protein content, wet gluten content, sedimentation value, water absorption rate, stable time, the maxi- mum resistance to extension and the tensile area,. 798g/L, 14.8%, 31.0%, 13.4%, 43.7mL, 57.8%, 10.3min, 443.4E.U., 106.9era2, while the coefficient of variation of these traits were 1.4%, 4.0%, 13.4%, 22.3%, 14.4%, 47.7%, 29.6% and 55.6%, respectively.
