摘要
在林地内,对2种空气微生物采样方法的效率进行比较。首先确定了LWC-1空气微生物采样器的合理采样时间,得出在野外2min和4min的采样时间较为合理准确。分别用LWC-1型采样器采样2min和自然沉降法采样,得到试验地空气含菌量分别为486.9个/m3、1 546.5个/m3。经检验,LWC-1型采样器法灵敏度更高,所得数据更准确。用LWC-1型采样器采样得出的银杏林内空气含菌量分布规律是:由于银杏有抑菌功能,空气含菌量与距树冠的距离呈正相关。
In outdoor woodland,sampling methods were compared for two kinds of air microorganisms. At first, this paper determines the reasonable sampling of air microorganism sampler LWC - 1 time, and found in wild 2 rain and 4 min sampling time is reasonably accurate.Using LWC - 1 type sampler sampling 2 rain and by natural sedimentation method, for testing the air bacteria content were 486.9 particle, m3 after, after 1546.5 parti- cle- m3. Upon examination LWC - 1 type sampler method with high sensitivity and the data more accurate. Us- ing LWC - 1 type sampler sampling of air bacteria content distribution rule is: because of the ginkgo has bacteriostasis function, air bacteria content and the distance from the canopy were positively correlated.
