摘要
玉液琼浆 ,源远流长。中国酒因酒种不同 ,历史各异 ,果酒历史最长 ,其次黄酒 ,再者白酒 ,历史最短的是啤酒 ,约100年。白酒名称可谓五花八门 ,因地而名 ,因原料而名 ,因名胜而名 ,不一而足。传说中的仪狄作酒、杜康造酒、吴刚制酒皆神话 ,难以证实。根据史料判断 ,“酒之所兴 ,肇自上皇”应可信 ,白酒应始于公元纪年初 ,较西方蒸馏酒早1000多年 ,距今已有2000~3000年的历史。
Alcohol beverage in China is of long standing and varieties of alcohol beverage have different histories in which fruit wine has the longest history, yellow rice wine longer, then liquor, and beer has the shortest history about 100 years. The liquors are named by its production place, by its raw materials, or by the name of certain scenic spot. The fabulous stories of liquor invented by Yidi, Dukang or Wugang were unbelievable. From judgement of the historical chronicle, liquor-making in China started before BC, with a long history of 2000~3000 years, about 1000 years earlier than it in the western nations.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
