摘要
目的：观察有限内固定结合外固定支架固定与切开复位内固定治疗胫骨Pilon骨折的疗效。方法：选择我院2009年12月至2010年12月53例胫骨Pilon骨折患者资料进行回顾性分析;其中观察组31例患者采用切开复位内固定治疗,22例患者采用有限内固定结合外固定支架固定治疗,所有患者均得到6~24个月的随访,采用Mazur踝关节功能系统评分对两组患者的疗效进行评定。结果：观察组优22例,良8例,优良率96.77%;对照组优13例,良8例,优良率95.45%;两组治疗效果比较差异无显著性,无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：两种手术方法治疗胫骨Pilon骨折均可取得满意的治疗效果,在临床治疗时应根据患者的情况选择合理的手术方法,以取得满意的疗效。
Objective：To observe the curative effect of the limitedinternal fixation combined with external fixation support fixation and open reduction and internal fixation onpatients with tibial Pilon fractures. Methods：The data of 53 patients with tibial Pilon fracture chosen in our hospital from Dec 2009 and Dec 2010 were retrospectively analyzed, including 31 cases of observation group were treated by open reduction and internal fixation treatment and 22 cases were treated by limited internal fixation combined with external fixation support fixation treatment. All patients were from 6 to 24 months of follow-up,adopting said Mazur ankle function scoring system to assess the curative effect of two groups.Results： Of observation group, 22 cases were excellent, 8 cases were good in which the excellent and good rate was 96.77%. Of control group,13 caseswere excellent,8 cases were good in which the excellent and good rate was 95.45%. Treatment effect of two groups was no significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusion： Two methods of surgical treatment in tibial Pilon fractures patients can be obtained satisfactory therapeutic effect in whichthe clinical treatment should select reasonable surgical methods according to patients＇ condition in order to obtain satisfactory curative effect.
