摘要
介绍了我国机动车保有量的现状,机动车排放的污染物对大气环境和人体健康所造成的危害,目前关于机动车排放清单预测及尾气污染防治技术的研究情况,最后还介绍我国机动车排放控制标准的发展过程。
The current situation of increasing vehicle population in China, the harms of the pollution of vehicle emissions to the environment of atmosphere and to the human＇s health, the research situations of estimation about vehicle emissions inventory and the techniques about controlling of urban motor vehicle emissions were introduced in this paper. At last, the development process of the standard about vehicle emissions controlled was introduced also.
