摘要
心肌梗死是冠心病临床表现中最为严重的疾病,且常伴有其他疾病。本文通过对急性心肌梗死伴心力衰竭、2型糖尿病患者药学监护的回顾,探讨对类似疾病药学服务的实践,保障患者用药安全。
Acute myocardial infarction （AMI） is the most serious disease of the coronary heart disease in clinical manifestations, which is often accompanied by other diseases such as type 2 diabetes and heart failure. This paper reviewed the pharmaceutical care for the patients with acute myocardial infarction accompanied by heart failure and type 2 diabetes, and explored the way of pharmacy service for the patients with similar diseases so as to ensure the safe medication in patients.
