摘要
对河北农业自然灾害风险及自然灾害对农业发展带来的影响进行深入的分析,提出可以通过农业保险创新积极引导农户使用保险的方式转移和分散风险,以提高河北省农业抗御自然灾害的能力,达到保障农业稳定增长、改善人民生活、促进社会稳定的目的。
This article provides further analysis of the impact of Hebei agricultural nature disaster risk and natural disaster on agricultural development,and proposes using agricultural insurance innovation transfer risk to improve the ability of Hebei agricultural resister nature disaster,ensure the stable growth of agricultural yields,and improve people’s lives standard and social stability.
