摘要
文章利用双嘧达莫和茜素红的显色反应建立简便分光光度法,用于测定双嘧达莫片中有效成分的含量,通过具体实验知,反应物的λmax=530nm,比耳定律线性范围是2~80μg/mL表观摩尔吸光系数是6.11×103L时,测得结果的相对偏差为0.82%(n=6)。
The paper,by using dipyridamole and alizarin red color reaction to establish simple spectrophotometric method for determination of dipyridamole the effective component content,through the specific knowledge,reactant of λ Max = 530 nm,ear law than linear range was 2~80 μg/mL apparent molar absorption coefficient was 6.11×103 L,the measured the relative deviation was 0.82 %(n = 6).
