摘要
表雄酮是激素类药物中的重要中间体。本研究以华南地区丰富的剑麻皂素为起始原料,经乙酰基保护、开环、氧化、水解、消除得到单烯醇酮醋酸酯,然后经肟化、Bechmann重排和水解得到表雄甾酮,整个研究采用类似一锅法得到目标产物,收率高。
3β-Acetoxy-5a-androstan-17-one is an important intermediate in the hormone drugs. This paper was to use the tigogenin as the raw material to gain single enol ketone acetate by acetyl protection, ring-opening, oxidation, hydrolysis and elimination reaction, and then to further get 3β-Acetoxy-5a-androstan- 17-one through oximation, Bechmann rearrangement and hydrolysis. The whole research utilized the similar one-pot reaction method to obtain our final preparation with a high yield.
