摘要
采用差示扫描量热法探讨了不同配比的PET/MMT复合材料的结晶速率和结晶度,并用Avrami方程进行了量化分析。研究结果表明在MMT加入量为质量分数1.2%时PET的结晶度最高;经过硅烷偶联剂改性过后的MMT在加入量为1.0%时PET结晶度最高;抗静电剂会降低PET的结晶度。k值和MMT加入量呈现相同的变化规律,t1/2成不断缩小的趋势。
Using differential scanning calorimetry method to explore the different proportions of PET / MMT composite of the crystallization rate and the degree of crystallinity, and quantitative analysis using the Avrami equation. The results showed that when MMT are added 1.2%, the degree of crystallinity of PET is highest; after modified by silane coupling agent when MMT are added 1.0%, the degree of crystallinity of PET is highest; antistatic agent to be added will be reduce the degree ofcrystallinity of the PET. k value generally show the same law, t1/2 have been declining.
