摘要
目的分析儿内科疾病并发肠套叠的原因。方法对本院治疗的由小儿内科疾病并发肠套叠患儿的临床资料进行分析。结果 14例患儿经X线空气灌肠复位成功,2例复位失败者经外科手术治愈。结论应注意药物不良反应导致医源性肠套叠的发生。减轻药物不良反应,避免并发肠套叠的根本方法在于解除胃肠道痉挛。
Objective To analyze the reasons of internal medicine disease complicated with intussusception in the pedi- department. Methods The clinical data of children with internal medicine disease complicated with intussusception- atric in in our hospital from pediatric department were analyzed. Results Fourteen cases of children who were given the X-ray air enema reduction were successfully cured and 2 cases of children were cured by the surgical operation. Conclusion We should pay attention to iatrogenic intussusception caused by adverse drug reactions. In order to reduce adverse drug reaction, so as to avoid complicated with intussusception, the basic method is remove the gastrointestinal spasm.
