摘要
随着社会的进步和现代医学模式的转变,社会对护理服务的要求不断提高,护理管理在现代医院管理中也占有越来越重要的位置。护士长是护理管理的核心,护理工作的领导者、组织者,又是参与者、实践者,其综合素质的高低直接影响到医院管理质量的优劣和护理水平。因此,建立一批具有良好的职业道德,业务技术精湛、工作能力强及管理水平高的护士长队伍,对于不断提高护理质量以及适应现代医学模式的发展具有重要的意义。
With the progress of society and the transformation of modem medical science and technology, the require- ments of social nursing services are also increasing. Nursing service management plays an increasingly important role in the modem hospital management. As a leader, a organizer, a participator and a practical operator of medical nurs- ing, matron is regarded as the core of the hospital nursing management. The state of the matron overall quality directly influences the hospital nursing level and quality. So it is very important to establish a number of hospital nurse matron team with good professional ethics, outstanding professional, excellent working capability, and which will continuously improve the quality of medical nursing and leave a significant effect on the modem medical development.
