摘要
本研究通过强化护理细节管理理念、建立护理质量安全管理体系、成立病房专组负责制、制定个性化的健康教育及加强护理人文关怀等举措,以构建日常护理的细节管理、提高优质护理服务及增加患者满意度,并从中不断总结经验,推动护理管理体系的日臻完善。现对开展创建优质护理病房中的细节管理及其成效报道如下。
