摘要
护士培养是目前医护院校人才培养的主要目标和方向。为了促进术后医疗护理专业的发展,使之尽快与国际医疗护理标准相结合,如何加强外科术后护理教学的效果已成为亟待解决的问题。只有不断加强和完善医护院校护理专业的教学,才能不断优化医护专业的学科基础,增强术后护理教学的学科队伍建设,为医护专业培养更多的优秀人才。
Nurse training is the main goal and direction in the medical colleges training. In order to promote the de- velopment of professional medical care after operation, as soon as possible with international standards of medical care, how to strengthen postoperative nursing teaching effect has become an urgent problem to be solved. Strengthen and im- proving the nursing professional medical college teaching can constantly optimize the disciplines of basic health care professional, which can also enhance the discipline of the postoperative nursing teaching and train more talents for the health care professional.
