摘要
目的探讨优质护理在重型颅脑外伤患者术后恢复中的应用效果。方法将2010年4月～2012年6月在本院治疗的46例重型颅脑外伤术后恢复期患者随机分为对照组23例和观察组23例,对照组依照常规护理进行干预,观察组则依照优质护理进行干预,对两组患者护理干预后的治疗依从性及生活能力进行比较。结果观察组干预后第1个月与第3个月的治疗依从性均好于对照组,且生活能力评估结果显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论优质护理在重型颅脑外伤患者术后恢复中应用效果好于常规护理,对于患者恢复期治疗依从性及生活能力的改善均有积极意义。
Objective To investigate the application effect of high quality nursing in the patients with severe cranio- cerebral trauma at recovery stage after operation. Methods Forty-six cases of patients with severe craniocerebral trau- ma at recovery stage after operation in our hospital from April 2010 to June 2012 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 23 cases in each group,the control group were intervened with conventional nursing, the observation group were intervened with high quality nursing, then the two groups＂ treatment compliance and Via- bility before and after the nursing intervention were compared. Results The observation group＇s treatment compliance were both better than those of control group after the nursing intervention at first and third month,evaluation results of viability were both better than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclu- sion The application effect of high quality nursing in the patients with severe craniocerebral trauma at recovery stage after operation is better than that of conventional nursing,and the influence for the improvement of treatment compli- ance and viability is active.
