摘要
目的探讨米氮平对治疗伴抑郁障碍的老年性冠心病患者治疗效果的影响。方法选取本院收治的抑郁障碍伴老年性冠心病患者36例,根据患者冠心病抑郁程度和是否使用米氮平,将患者随机分为对照组和米氮平组,两组患者给予相同的基础治疗,米氮平组加用米氮平,给药4周后,以冠心病治疗总有效率和HAMD评分为指标,进行统计分析比较。结果经过4周的治疗,米氮平组患者的HAMD治疗总有效率为77.8%,而冠心病治疗总有效率为83.3%,与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米氮平用于治疗伴抑郁障碍的老年性冠心病疗效确切。
Objective To discuss about the efficacy of mirtazapine in the treatment of senile coronary heart disease with depressive disorders. Methods Thirty-six senile patients with coronary heart disease and depressive disorders treated in our hospital were chosen and divided into control group and Mirtazapine group considering the severity of depression and use of mirtazapine or not. Basic treatment were given to the two groups while patients in Mirtazapine group were added with mirtazapine. Statistical analysis and comparison were made after 4 weeks with efficiency and HAMD score were taken as measure indicators in the treatment of coronary heart disease. Results Statistically signifi- cant differences existed in the HAMD treatment efficiency and CHD treatment efficiency between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Patients in the Mirtazapine group had HAMD treatment efficiency of 77.8% and CHD treatment efficiency of 83.3%. Conclusion Mirtazapine has determined curative effect in the treatment of senile coronary heart disease with depressive disorders.
