不同手术方法治疗下颌骨骨折的临床疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨不同手术方法治疗下颌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法将本院下颌骨骨折并行手术治疗的患者64例,按照患者知情同意及自主选择的原则,随机分为可吸收内固定手术组和小型钛板坚固内固定手术组,分别记录两组患者术后的功能恢复情况和并发症情况,并进行比较分析。结果两组下颌骨骨折的治疗效果达到优和良的患者比例差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),总体有效率均为100.00%,且在治疗过程中无感染、牙齿损伤等相关并发症的出现。结论这两种方法治疗下颌骨骨折均具有良好的临床效果,且安全性好,均无需二次手术取出,减少了患者的手术痛苦,是值得临床广泛使用的治疗方法。 Objective To analyze the clinical curative effe^t of mandibular fracture treated by different surgical method. Methods According to the patients informed conse^n| ~d independent selection principle, 64 cases of patients with mandibular fracture were randomly divided into internal fixation group and small titanium plate fixation group. The postoperative function recovery and complications of patients were recorded respectively, then the results were compared and analyzed. Results The treatment effect for mandibular fracture treated by two methods was not signifi- cantly different (P 〉 0.05), and the overall efficient rate all were ~0~:~%, The teeth damage and other related com- plications did not appear in the course of treatment. Conclusion The mandibular fracture treated by the two methods are good and safety, without secondary operation. The method could reduce pain, is worth of application in clinic.
