摘要
冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)是一种严重危害人类健康的心身疾病。冠心病患者可出现多种心理反应,主要表现在情绪变化上,社会心理因素与其关系密切,大量的证据表明,焦虑与抑郁的发生在冠心病患者中十分常见,并且与冠心病的发病率与死亡率的增加有关。近年来综合心理干预已引起临床医生重视,本文拟从冠心病与焦虑、抑郁的关系、对其预后的影响及临床干预治疗现状进行综述。
Atherosclerotic coronary heart disease （CHD） is a serious hazard to human health psychosomatic diseases. Patients with coronary heart disease, there may be a variety of psychological reactions, mainly in the mood changes, psychosocial factors dose, a lot of evidence that anxiety and depression in patients with coronary heart disease is very common, and the incidence of coronary heart disease and the increased mortality. Comprehensive psychological inter- vention has attracted the attention of the clinician in recent years, the relationship of anxiety and depression with coro- nary artery disease, the influence of anxiety and depression on the prognosis of this disease and the status and level of clinical intervention therapy are reviewed in this paper.
