地铁防迷流测防端子的改装

摘要 在西安地铁2号线杂散电流防护系统施工中,伸缩缝处引出防迷流测防端子的施工难度大,且极易失窃或被破坏。结合现场实际情况,提出了一种防盗效果明显、施工简单,而且更可靠、更经济、更美观的连接方式及替代产品——埋入式防迷流端子。介绍了埋入式防迷流端子的构成、制作、安装工艺要求,对比分析了扁铜端子和埋入式防迷流端子的优缺点。在西安地铁1、2号线南延段轨道道床施工中采用了这种新型的埋入式杂散电流防迷流端子,取得了很好的效果。 In the construction process of stray current pro tection system on Xi'an Metro Line 2, the testing terminals of stray current at expansion joints are one of the most dif ficult engineering points, because they are very easily to be stolen or destroyed. Based on the actual situations, a novel connection mode and the alternative products are intro duced in this paper, which have obvious anti theft effect, more reliable and economic with beautiful appearance. This novel connection mode and the alternative products are a dopted in track bed construction of Xi'an Metro Line 1 and the South Extension section of Line 2, both have achieved very good results.
