摘要
分析高炉开铁口钻头的现场使用条件,根据作业要求选择理想的外观设计,通过实验研究确定合理的布齿工艺,使钻头在苛刻的工作条件下具有良好的排粉效果,提高钻头的整体使用寿命。
Analyze the spot using condition of Taphole Drill on Blast Furnace, choose the ideal appearance design based on the operational requirement, get good row of powder effect even in the hard working condition, and extend the overall life of the bit at last.
