摘要
高校学生受众群体对于新媒体信息传播与发展有着决定性的催化与推动作用。与此同时,新媒体环境对高校大学生的行为模式、价值取向、个性心理以及道德法制观念的形成产生越来越大的影响。在此境遇下,作为培养人、塑造人的高等学校,其思想政治教育工作如何适应新形势从而获得新发展,已成为一个亟待解决的重大理论课题和现实课题。新时代下高校学生的信息接受呈现出主体性与从众性并存、选择性与盲目性并存、批判性与逆反性并存这样的特点。高校学生信息素养的培养首先要确立信息素养观念,构建与时俱进的高校信息素养的培养标准,其次开设有关信息素养的公共课,融合信息素养于其它学科,同时也要抢占网络信息空间,互动引导学生自我教育。
Students in colleges and universities are an audience group,and they play a decisive and motivational role in the dissemination and development of new media information.Meanwhile,the new media environment is exerting a growing impact on the formation of the university students' behavior pattern,value orientation,individual psychology and moral concept of legal system.In this situation,as cultivator and builder of human beings,a major theoretical and realistic problem urgently to be solved,which is the universities and colleges have to consider and solve the new task of how to fit in with the new situation and seek countermeasures for ideological and political education.Under the new era,university students receive information present some characteristics: subjectivity and conformity,selectivity and blindness,critical and negative sexual concurrent.The cultivation of university students' information literacy firstly should establish information literacy conception and build university information literacy training standards,which must keep pace with the times.Then open the general course of the information literacy,and integrate the information literacy in other disciplines.We should take the network information space,and guide the students' self-education interactively.
