摘要
通过新疆北部地区少数民族中小学现行双语教育模式下不同层面的不同群体对汉语文和民族语文教育的态度和看法,以及对民族语文在管理机制、课程设置、教学质量、师资队伍建设、教材使用及编写等方面的调研和分析,针对目前双语教育中存在的认识误区及民族语文教育中存在的各种问题,提出相应的具可操作性的对策和建议。
A survey was made in ethnic middle and primary schools in Northern Xinjiang to investigate and analyze,first,attitude towards and ideas about education of Chinese and ethnic languages of students at different levels and in different groups,and second,management mechanism,curriculum,teaching quality,teaching body development and using and compiling teaching materials in ethnic languages education under the current model of bilingual education.This paper points out the misunderstanding in both Chinese and minority language education,discusses problems in teaching,teachers,textbooks,bilingual classes and the waning ability of mother tongue of ethnic students in ethnic language education,and puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions.
