摘要
广西拥有丰富的中医药资源,是开拓东盟中医药市场的桥头堡。但是,广西的中医药企业在开拓东盟中医药市场的过程中,面临着中医药知识产权人才匮乏、培养前景不容乐观等问题。因此,必须加强东盟市场的中医药知识产权人才的培养,如加大对中医药企业、知识产权代理机构相关人员和民间医师的知识产权培训;广西高校需开设与中医药知识产权相关的专业,使知识产权教育进入广西的中医院校等。
Naturally endowed with abundant traditional Chinese Medicine resources, Guangxi serves as a bridgehead for developing ASEAN traditional Chinese Medicine market. However, traditional Chinese medicine businesses in Guangxi are faced with such problems as lack of intellectual property talents of traditional Chinese medicine, dim prospect of cultivating talents, etc. in development of traditional Chinese medicine market. Accordingly, it is necessary for Guangxi to strengthen the cultivation of intellectual property talents for ASEAN traditional Chinese medicine market, like the training program for the working staff and folk medical practitioners in traditional Chinese medicine businesses and intellectual property agencies. In addition, traditional Chinese medicine-related programs should be opened in Guangxi-based colleges and universities.
