The Rise of China and the Reshaping of the World Order——Focus on the Conflict and Tolerance under the Transfer of Power between U. S. and China

摘要美国一些学者和政客认为,中国崛起和"中国模式"本质上对美国构成了严重威胁,削弱了美国在世界的主导地位,而美国的全球霸权和利益决定了其对华政策和太平洋战略。中国绝不希望中美交恶,也不希望世界体系发生动荡,把握中国和世界未来前途命运的关键是如何处理非均衡的大国关系,特别是与现存超级大国的关系。把现实主义、理想主义、自由主义、建构主义、马克思主义等理论与中国崛起的实践结合起来,创造性地解决中国崛起与世界秩序的关系,实现合作共赢,必将为中国与人类的和平发展和共同繁荣开辟广阔光明的前景。 Some American scholars and politician thought that the rise of China with ＂the Chinese model＂ has essentially posed a serious threat to the U. S. , which weakened the U. S. world dominant position. The most important thing is U. S. ＇ s global hegemony and the benefit, this has predominated the U. S. government＇ s policy toward China and its paeitic strategy. China does not hope the Sino-U. S. relation going worse and the world system falls into turbulence. The key to the future and destiny of China and the world is how to deal with the rela- tions between great powers, especially with the existing superpower relationship. We are required to integrate the realism, idealism, liberalism, constructivism and Marxist theory with the practice of China＇ s rising, and creatively solve the problem of the relationships between the rising of China and the world order, and realize matually benefited cooperation. This would bring a bright future tbr China and World＇ s peaceful, development and common prosperity.
