Hydraulic energy-saving reconstruction of walking beam furnace

摘要 节能减排是目前企业的转型趋势,通过改造某钢厂步进式加热炉的炉底机械,在原有液压缸基础上进行改造,并将势能储存在蓄能器中,利用蓄能器将势能转化为动能,起到了助推提升框架的作用。同时还核算并对比了耗电量,并提出新旧两个方案的优缺点,成为钢企节能减排的优秀案例。 The energy conservation and emission reduction is the transformation trend in enterprises at present.By reforming the furnace bottom machinery of walking beam furnace in certain steel plant,reconstruction is made based on the original hydraulic cylinder,with the potential energy stored in the energy accumulator.The potential energy can be converted to kinetic energy by energy accumulator which facilitates to elevating the frame structure.The energy consumption is calculated and compared,with further comparison of advantages and disadvantages between old and new schemes,which is a good example of energy conservation and emission reduction for steel companies.
