摘要
底座组合是影响货架整体稳定性的关键结构,具有半刚性的力学性能。应用有限元软件,参照欧盟物流设备标准建立底座组合有限元模型,设定相应的分析参数和边界条件进行仿真分析。研究了在不同宽度的立柱情况下,底座组合力矩-转角关系曲线和半刚性特征值。结果显示,在相同的轴向载荷作用下,立柱的宽度与底座组合半刚性刚度值之间不一定为线性变化关系,为试验测试和结构设计提供了重要的理论依据。
The base plate assembly is the key structure affecting the overall stability of forklifts and features semi-rigid mechanic property.With the finite element software,the finite element model for base plate assembly is built referring to the standard of EU logistics equipment,with corresponding analysis parameter and boundary condition set for simulation analysis.Research on the moment-angle（M-θ） relation curve and semi-rigid mechanic property for base plate assembly is done with uprights in different widths.The result shows that under the same axial load action,the width of uprights and base plate assembly semi-rigid stiffness may not necessarily form linear relation,which provides important theoretical basis for testing and structural design.
