摘要
通过调查某公司起重脱钩事故,结合工程具体实际,建立事故树模型,求解最小割集和最小径集,判断计算各基本事件的结构重要度,分析研究引起事故的各种原因及其重要度,从而找出安全系统的薄弱环节,确定预防脱钩的有效途径,为采取相应的安全对策提供了切实有效的依据。
Through investigation of lifting unhooking accidents in certain company,considering the specific situation, the accident tree model is built to figure out the minimum cut set and minimum diameter set,with the purpose of determining the structural importance of all elementary events,analyzing various causes of these accidents and their importance, so as to find out any weak link in the safety system and determine the effective approach to avoid unhooking.Such method provides practical and effective reference for taking corresponding safety measures.
