摘要
智能三坐标测量中的检测信息主要包括公差信息和几何信息,其识别与获取是实现计算机辅助设计技术与三坐标测量机集成的关键因素。介绍了智能三坐标测量技术的概念和基本原理,回顾了检测信息获取的发展历程和主要研究工作,基于当前全三维数字化设计技术的发展状况,讨论了一种基于模型定义的检测信息识别和获取方法。结合当前所承担的研究课题,针对通用三维设计软件下建立的零件模型,给出了检测信息识别与获取流程和实现结果。
Inspection information in intelligent coordinate measurement contains tolerance information and geometric information,and the recognization and extraction of the information is the key factor for the integration of computer aided design and coordinate measuring machine.This paper introduces the fundamental principle of intelligent coordinate measurement,and reviews the development of extracting inspection information research work.Based on the current development status of full 3D digital design technology,a model-based definition method of recognizing and extracting the inspection information is proposed.Considering our current research subject and the part model built in general 3D design software,the process and result of information recognization and extraction are presented.
