摘要
目的分析急性胸痛的急诊治疗方法。方法对郑州市第二人民医院收治的60例急性胸痛患者进行急诊治疗,根据患者症状的不同采取不同的急诊治疗方法。结果 60例患者中48例患者的情况明显好转,8例患者的症状出现好转,4例患者症状没有明显好装,总有效率为93.33%。结论根据患者病因和症状的不同,采取有针对性的急诊手段,可以有效的改善急性胸痛患者的症状。
Objective To analyze the emergency treatment of acute chest pain. Methods 60 cases of our hospital were acute chest pain patients for emergency treatment, according to patient＇s symptoms different adopt different emergency treatment. Results 60 patients in 48 cases of patients improved obviously, 8 patients symptoms improved, four patients symptoms without apparent good outfit, the total effective rate was 93.33%. Conclusion According to the etiology and symptoms of patients with different, take effective emergency treatment means, can effectively improve the symptoms in patients with acute chest pain.
