摘要
随着社会的发展广播操不仅是一项有益学生健康成长和提高学习效率的全员性健身活动,还能直观展现学校及学生的精神风貌。本文是以商丘市中小学200名学生为主要对象,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法、归纳演绎法等,对商丘市中小学广播操开展现状进行研究。结果表明:采用带领跟随法教学提高学生学习该套操的效率有较好的作用,不同方向的基本姿态导引练可以作为提高动作准确性的手段应用于广播操教学中。
This paper makes a survey of the broadcast gymnastics in elementary and secondary school in Shangqiu City. The result shows that it is effective that the teachers have the students follow their gesturs in the teaching of broadcast gymnastics.
