摘要
社会秩序建设的核心命题是关注社会结构中个人与社会的关系构成,在社会变迁中探讨秩序重构实质是在新的社会形势下重新定位不同利益主体关系。互联网对中国现实社会的影响引发学者在"技术—社会"范式下思考网络技术与社会秩序的互构关系。网络社会行动能力是网络时代下衡量社会成员有效行动的重要标准。非对称的国家社会关系格局、现实层面的制度性因素等对中国当前网络社会行为能力提升构成潜在影响。超越这种现实困境需要在政府力量的引导下积极搭建利益协调的组织化平台。
The core proposition of social order reconstruction is focusing on the relationships between society and individuals in the social construction.The essence of disusing about social reconstruction during the social transition is to relocation the relationships among different subjects in a new social situation.The impact on China social reality which is brought from Internet is triggering researchers to consider the reconstructive relationships between network technique and social order in a paradigm of 'technique—society'.The network social movement ability is an important standard to measure the effective movements in the social members during the network era.The asymmetric relationship pattern between state and society and the instructional factors on the social reality may be a potential hinder to improve the level of network social movement in the contemporary society.The way to surpass the real dilemma is needed to positively set up an organizational platform for Interest coordination with the guidance of government power.
