摘要
探讨湿帘风机降温系统的设计要点及应用效果。介绍了湿帘风机降温系统的送风形式、冷负荷和风量计算、风机选择、湿帘选择和循环水泵的选择等。通过实例对比和分析,表明了湿帘风机降温系统的节能优势。认为:该系统节能型较好,但建筑投资较大,仅适用于新建的纺织企业使用。
Key design points and application effect of wet curtain fan cooling system were discussed. Some key pa- rameters were introduced such as air supply style, calculation of cooling load and air capacity, fan selection, selection of wet curtain and circulating pump. Advantages of the system saving energy were indicated by practical examples. It is considered that energy-saving effect of the system is better, while the building investment is larger, so the system is more suitable for new textile enterprises.
