摘要 介绍了高压喷气填料蒸发冷却空调在西安某纺织企业空压站的应用。对采用单独开启填料直接蒸发冷却段与同时开启高压喷气段和填料直接蒸发冷却段的两种模式进行了测试分析。结果表明:高压喷气段使得室外新风的干球温度平均降低0.89℃,湿球温度平均降低1.12℃,含湿量平均降低1.56 g/kg,开启高压喷气段后可以使得直接蒸发冷却段的温降和冷却效率都有所提升,其中平均温降从4.54℃提升到5.67℃,冷却效率从83.46%提高到93.68%;在高压喷气的三种喷射方式中,逆喷与填料直接蒸发冷却相结合的冷却效果好于顺喷和侧喷。 Application of high pressure jet packing evaporative cooling air conditioning in compressed air station of the Xi'an mill was introduced. Two modes were tested and analyzed, that was opening packing direct evaporative cooling section all alone or opening packing direct evaporative cooling section & high pressure jet section at the same time. It is considered that after opening high pressure jet section, the dry bulb temperature of outdoor new air can be reduced 0. 89 ~C evenly, the wet bulb temperature can be reduced l. 12 ~C evenly, the moisture content can be reduced 1.56 g/kg evenly, temperature decrease and cooling efficiency of direct evaporative cooling section can be increased in certain degree, the average temperature decrease can be increased from 4.54 ~C to 5.67 ~C , cooling efficiency can be in- creased from 83.46% to 93.68%. In the three jet styles of high pressure jet pressure, effect of the combination between upstream spray and packing direct evaporative cooling air conditioning is better than that of downstream spray and side spray.
