摘要
研究配棉混包排列优化模型的创建方法和效果评价指标。模型运用层次分析的思想和方法,抓住影响混棉均匀的关键指标,即技术品级和色特征级进行优化组合,使混包排列达到内外均匀,协调统一。通过考察相邻单元的统计值,并与总体比较,可对混包效果进行评价,效果评价的主要指标由技术品级极差、标准差和色特征级极差、标准差组成。认为:该评价指标实用简便,操作性强。
Cotton assorting blended bale arrangement optimized model and its effect evaluation index were re- searched. Ideas and methods of hierarchical analysis was used in the model, key index of effecting blended cotton uni- form should be controlled well i.e. optimizing technical' grade and color grade, ensuring blended cotton uniformity of in- ternal and external. Through researching statistical value of neighboring units and comparing to the whole, effect of blen- ded cotton can be evaluated. The evaluation indexes include technical grade range & standard deviation and color grade range & standard deviation. It is considered that the evaluation index is practical, simple and operational.
