摘要
西方国家在城市化过程中,城市中心区空间重构出现了"绅士化"现象,争议颇多。文章分析了国外城市绅士化运动的影响,比较了我国城市中心区更新与国外城市绅士化形式上的差异,指出我国城市中心区的更新改造应防患于未然,以多中心发展战略制衡绅士化的过度发展。
Great controversies arise in the process of re - urbanization in western countries, because of gentrification in central urban area reconstruction. Based on an analysis to the influence of overseas urban gentrification movement, this paper aims at comparing the form differences between domestic city center renovation and overseas urban gentrification. It is advisable to adopt a multi -center development strategy throughout the city center renovation process in China, soas to balance the excessive gentrification.
