摘要
我国字体开发企业正经历着因盗版问题而导致的生存困境,汉字字体产业的市场体量亦在不断萎缩。如果长此放任字体产业的下滑和衰落,将极不利于我国汉字的传承与发展。总体来说,目前我国字体产业的生存困境主要是由于规范和保护字体单字的制度缺失而造成的。以他国字体单字版权保护立法为借鉴,以对字体单字可版权性论证为基础,在我国构建适当的对字体单字法律保护体系,是抑制现实字体单字盗用和滥用现象,化解字体产业危机的可行路径。
Typeface development enterprises in our country are suffering from survival crisis caused by copyright pirates and the market scale of Chinese character typeface industry is ever shrinking. If this declining and withering trend goes unchecked, it will do great harm to Chinese character inheritance and development. Generally speaking, the current typeface industry＇ s crisis can be attributed to the deficiency of protection system. One feasible approach to suppress typeface pirate use and abuse is to draw on the experience of typeface copyright protection legislation in other countries, to construct and carry out typeface copyright law protection system, based on word typeface copyrightability proofing.
