摘要
目的:探讨子宫内膜息肉(Endometrial polyps,EP)合并不孕患者经宫腔镜治疗的价值和效果。方法:回顾性分析EP合并不孕患者120例行宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉电切术(TCRP),随访其妊娠情况。结果:120例患者顺利行TCRP,术后妊娠率为64.2%(77/120)。结论:TCRP是治疗EP合并不孕的理想方法。
Objective ： To explore the diagnosis value and the effect of the treatment of endometrial polyps（EP） with infertil- ity by hysteroscopy. Methods： 120 cases of endometrial polyps with infertility by transcervical resection of endometrial polyps were retrospectively analysed, with pregnancy outcomes followed up. Results： TCRP was successfully performed in 120 patients and postoperative pregnancy rate was 64.2 % （77/120）. Conclusion： TCRP is an ideal method for the treatment of EP with in- fertility.
