摘要
为了彻底解决目前电子花筒普遍存在的关键问题——散热问题,提出利用压电陶瓷的逆压电效应,来控制横针的进出,设计研究出新型电子花筒。该电子花筒用压电陶瓷片代替了传统的电磁铁控制,使设备发热量大幅度的减少,从而使产品的稳定性大大提高。
In order to thoroughly solve the key problem which generally exists in electronic jacquard cylinder-the problem of heat dissipation, the article put forward to using piezoceramics converse piezoelectric effect to control transverse needle motions. It designed and researched a new pattern electronic jacquard cylinder. The new pattern electronic jacquard cylinder uses piezoceramics to replace electromagnet. The heat of the production is greatly reduced, and the stability is greatly increased.
