摘要
针对电梯控制柜发生故障时难以快速做出解决的问题,开发出一套智能故障处理系统,该系统利用故障树和专家系统相结合,把电梯专业人士的经验制作出电梯故障的故障树,导入专家系统,能及时、快速、准确的处理各类电梯故障,同时在一定程度上减少了检测故障时对操作人员经验的要求。
In order to solve the malfunction of elevator quickly, a new system was designed and developed for Intelligent malfunction handling. Using the elevator professional experience to create elevator failure fault tree and importing the fault tree into expert system, this system timely, fast and accurately processes all kinds of elevator malfunction. It reduces the operating personnel requirements to a certain extent and also greatly shortens time of elevators testing before they leave factory.
