摘要
在我国,农村土地承包经营权是一项根本性的财产制度,现行的土地承包经营权及其流转制度是建立在土地农民集体所有或国家所有农民集体使用的基础之上的。农村土地制度完善与否,农村土地承包经营权流转机制是否适应现代经济的市场化发展,将对我国国民经济的发展产生深远的影响。
