环介导等温扩增技术检测克氏螯虾样品中的副溶血性弧菌 被引量:3

摘要 建立了环介导等温扩增技术检测副溶血性弧菌的方法。以副溶血性弧菌tlh基因作为靶基因,设计特异性引物,建立了环介导等温扩增(LAMP)检测方法,并分别采用LAMP检测方法和国家标准方法(GB/T4789.7-2008)对克氏螯虾样品中的副溶血性弧菌进行检测。结果表明,建立的LAMP方法最低检出限为1×101 cfu/mL;对6种细菌共8株菌进行LAMP法扩增,仅3株副溶血性弧菌得到阳性扩增。建立的LAMP检测方法与国家标准检测方法检测结果一致,准确度高。 In this paper,a loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) method was developed to detect Vibrio parahaemolyticus in crayfish samples,compared to the national standard method (GB/T4789.7-2008). The results showed that LAMP was convenient,high sensitive, specific, and suitable for the site fast detection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus. The detection limit of LAMP was 1 × 101 cfu/mL. Detection of artificially polluted Cambarus clarkii samples by LAMP showed the consistent results with those performed by national standard method.
