摘要
近年来,中医药治疗胃癌前病变取得了较好的临床效果。复习近几年的文献,论述了本病的病因病机、治疗原则,将众多医家对于本病的治疗方法归纳为"疏肝和胃法,养阴活血法,清热燥湿法,化浊解毒法,其他治法",并列举一些医家的治疗方法及结果,提出本病的预防,分析了中医药研究中存在的一些问题。
In recent years, Chinese medicine treatment for gastric precancerous lesion has obtained a good clinical effect. Reviewing the literatures in recent years, this paper discusses the etiology and treatment principle. Many physi- cians treatments are classified into methods of soothing liver and harmonizing stomach, nourishing Yin and activating blood, clearing heat and drying dampness, resolving turbid and eliminating toxins, and other treatments, listing some tradi- tional treatment methods and results. This paper puts forward the disease prevention, and analyzes the traditional Chinese medicine research problems.
