摘要
使用三(3,5-二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)纤维素(Chiralcel OD)柱对一些有机膦酸酯进行手性分离的效果优于使用Pirkle型手性固定相(CSP)N-(3,5-二硝基苯基)-亮氨酸丙酰胺柱,但分离过程中有机磷酸酯对映异构体的流出顺序并不清楚。通过与化学键和手性固定相串联,确定在三(3,5-二甲基苯基甲酸酯)纤维素手性固定相上的出峰顺序为:R型对映异构体先出峰,S型对映异构体后出峰。
It is known that the separation of several organic phosphonate esters using a tris ( 3,5-dimethylphenyl carbamate) cellulose ( Chiralcel OD) column is better than the separation obtained using the Pirkle type chiral stationary phase ( CSP) ,namely the N-( 3,5-dinitrobenzoyl ) leucine column. However,the elution order of the organic phosphonate esters enantiomers separated on tris( 3,5-dimethylphenyl carbamate) cellulose chiral stationary phase is not known. The tandem use of these two CSPs together showed that the R-enantiomer had shorter retention time than S-enantiomer when tris( 3,5-dimethylphenyl carbamate) cellulose chiral stationary phase was used.
