摘要
目的对腰椎间盘突出症患者进行康复护理的方法和效果进行研究分析。方法随机选择我院2009年8月至2011年8月腰椎间盘突出症患者84名,分成A、B两组,A组52名患者为观察组,给予康复护理治疗。B组32名患者为对照组,给予传统护理方法治疗。结果经治疗,A组患者腰腿功能恢复优于B组患者,日常生活能力评分高于B组,并发症概率低于B组,患者治疗效果高于B组。结论对腰椎间盘突出患者进行科学、有针对性的康复护理,能够有效促进患者病情恢复,效果显著。
Objective Methods and results of lumbar disc herniation rehabilitation care,research and analysis.Methods Random selection in our hospital in August 2009 to August 2011,84 patients with lumbar disc herniation,is divided into two groups（A,B） A group of 52 patients in the observation group care treatment to rehabilitation.Group B 32 patients in the control group,given the traditional methods of care treatment.Results Recovery than group B patients were treated,group A patients with lumbar and leg function,activities of daily living score higher than group B,the complication probability is lower than group B and patient outcomes than in group B.Conclusion Science,patients with lumbar disc herniation and targeted rehabilitation care,can effectively promote the patient＇s condition to restore the effect is significant.
